Lotito's has been in Ramsey since 1978, and it's still family owned and operated. Anthony and Lorie Lotito are first-generation Italian Americans. Their parents, Nick and Frances, grew up on a farm in Bari, Italy, where simple, wholesome food was made every day from the freshest ingredients.
